The Service

Store Detect is a free directory for discovering Shopify stores and browsing publicly available store and product information. You can search, filter, and submit store URLs. The current service does not sell products, process purchases from listed stores, or require a paid subscription.

Store Listings and Submissions

By submitting a store URL, you ask us to retrieve publicly available store and product information for inclusion in the directory. Submit only lawful URLs and information you have the right to provide. Do not submit private credentials or other confidential information.

We may review, update, decline, or remove listings. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, placement, search-engine ranking, or a particular processing time. Contact us to report inaccurate information or request a listing correction.

Acceptable Use

Use Store Detect only for lawful purposes. Do not submit misleading or harmful content, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, bypass security protections, or make requests that disrupt access for other users. We may restrict access to protect the service and its users.

Third-Party Stores and Products

Listings are informational and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Store details, availability, product counts, and prices may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm information directly with the merchant before relying on it.

Purchases, payments, deliveries, returns, and disputes with a listed store are between you and that merchant and are governed by its terms. Store Detect is not a party to those transactions.

Intellectual Property

Aqua GK owns or licenses the Store Detect website, software, and branding. Store names, trademarks, product descriptions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle information, including store submissions, technical logs, cookies, and correspondence.

Availability and Liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Store Detect. The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or complete, current, or accurate listings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aqua GK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
